Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygienic strips are securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
